 3 star hotel located in a prime location at the heart of Alkhoudh Souq. The project consists of 2 basements, 3 floors of retail and office spaces and 7 floors for hotel use. The project is divided to 2 phases, phase one includes the basements, retail floor and office spaces on the first & second floor. Phase 2 will be having the hotel and all its related functions from 3rd onwards.
